Malinda Elizabeth Shea, 86, of Newton Falls, formerly of Ellenton, FL., passed away peacefully, Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Laurie Ann Nursing Home.
She was born October 24, 1925, in Jeffersonville, IN, the daughter of William and Leora Spencer.
Malinda was a member of Evergreen Seventh Day Adventist, and enjoyed playing bingo. She enjoyed doing ceramics and teaching crafts at the mobile home park in FL. She was an excellent seamstress, which included making the flags for the boats at the yacht club.
She will be dearly missed by two daughters; Berneice (David) Kimmel, of Canfield, and Bonnell (Michael) Miday, of Mentor, a son; Terry (Vicky) Shea, of North Port, FL, a niece; Ruth Ann Ullom, a nephew; Kenny Lee Gustafson, nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Malinda was preceded in death by her husband; Lester Shea, whom she married March 7, 1942, two sisters; Doris Mae Elliot and Theona, six brothers; Richard, William, Jerry, Delbert, David and Arthur Spencer, and her parents.
Private services were held, according to her wishes.
Interment was at Green Haven Cemetery
