Obituary for Kenneth G. Sr. Brunner

Kenneth G. Brunner (1921-2012) Services for Kenneth G. Brunner, 91, of Washington Township, Pa. will be noon Saturday. Mr. Brunner passed away Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, in Middleburg, Fla. at the residence of his daughter, Denise. Born May 3, 1921, in Parnassus, Pa., Mr. Brunner was a former resident of Mentor, when he was an engineer at TRW in Euclid for over 40 years. His hobbies included bird watching and stock car racing. He served our country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He is survived by his children, Penny (Jimmy) Robbins, Jean (Gary) Armstrong, Mary Jane Riegel, Denise Brunner, Scott Brunner and Clifford (Tracy) Brunner; stepdaughters, Betty Grossheim and Carol (Thomas) Davidson; former daughter-in-law, Lynn M. Brunner; many loving grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Kathleen Brunner; his second wife, Christine Brunner; daughter, Claudia Wilson; son, Kenneth Brunner II; stepson, Donald 'Butch" Grossheim; and seven brothers and sisters. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Township, where military honors will be bestowed. Contributions may be made in memory of Kenneth G.
