Kathleen Margaret (Dedek) Leininger
Kathleen Margaret (Dedek) Leininger, 86, of North Perry, was taken to Heaven Aug. 30, 2012.
Kathleen passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at TriPoint Medical Center.
From a very young age, Kathleen knew that Jesus Christ is Lord and had followed the path they He had made for her. A Rosary was wrapped around her wrist and a cross tightly held in her fist as she passed from this world to the next.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Cornelia McKenna; loving husband, Warren Leininger; son, Mark Dedek; brother, Richard McKenna; and sister, Virginia Powers.
Kathleen is survived by her children, Robert Hutchinson, Douglas (Jane) Dedek, Deborah Cassell and Anastasia (Scott) Apfel; grandchildren, Robert (Candace) Hutchinson, Paula (John) Ciomek, David and Daniel Dedek, Keith Cassell, Jo Marie Finn, Scott (Debbie) Cassell and Brent Richardson; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, at Townline Road Park, 2121 Townline Road, North Perry. Daniel Dedek will officiate and a graveside service will take place the following week for the immediate family.
