Obituary for Walter Repnin
Walter Repnin, 53, of Orange, entered into eternal rest on August 24, 2012, at Connecticut Hospice in Branford. Mr. Repnin was born in New Haven on March 27, 1959, son of the late Dimitry and Helen Chiehel Repnin. He is survived by aunts, Maria Scheirer, with whom he resided, of Orange and Vera Wiberg and her husband Ed of Uncasville, cousins, Attorney Alexander Scheirer and his wife Roberta of Woodbridge, Renata Centola and her husband John of E. Hartford, and Susan Smith of Stonington, and a brother, Dimitry Repnin of New Haven. His funeral will be held on Tuesday August 28, 2012, at 11:00 am in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia, with Archpriest Michael Westerberg officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery in Ansonia. Visiting will take place on TUESDAY from 10:30 am until the service begins.
