Obituary for Marilyn J Neher

MARILYN J. NESTOR NEHER STRUTHERS – A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Columba Cathedral on Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. for Marilyn J. Nestor Neher, 82, who died Saturday at her residence. Marilyn was born March 15, 1930, in Youngstown, a daughter of John and Verna Garwood Nestor. She worked at Ohio Bell and then Sears as a switchboard operator until 1985. She married Allan Neher on Oct. 18, 1952. She was a member of St. Columba Cathedral. Marilyn leaves her husband, Allan; one daughter, Margie Neher Rensel of Struthers; three sons, Robert (Shirley) Neher of North Jackson, John Neher of Redondo Beach, Calif. and William Neher of Struthers; two sisters, Arlene Nestor of New Castle, Pa. and Janet Gentile of Struthers; and four grandchildren Jill Anne Krebs of Los Angeles, Jennifer Lynn (David) Gentile of Sanford, N.C., Allan Robert Neher of North Jackson, and John Halle Neher of North Jackson. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening and on Wednesday morning from 8:45 to 9:15 a.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers.
