Obituary for Robert H Aigler
ROBERT J. 'BOB' AIGLER
AUSTINTOWN – Robert J. “Bob” Aigler, 92, died Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at Austinwoods.
Born April 18, 1920, in Youngstown, he was the son of the late Stoner and Pearl (Morrow) Aigler.
Bob retired as a mechanical designer for Wean United. He was a member of the Rainbow Square Dance Club.
Survivors include his children, Roberta McCormick of North Lima, Elaine (John) Zirkle of Newton Falls, Clayton Aigler of Ashtabula, and Marilyn (Robert) Anderson of Austintown; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and special companion and friend of the family, Ayako “Ann” Korchmaros.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 36 years Martha, who died in 1988; sister Verna Hills; and two grandchildren.
Friends will be received on Friday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Green Haven Memorial Gardens Chapel, where services will take place at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Woody Cavender officiating.
