Obituary for Diane Morehead
DIANE J. MOREHEAD
LAKE MILTON – Diane J. Morehead, 64, entered into eternal rest at 4:32 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
On April 26, 1948, in Madison, W.Va., Hugh and Virginia Collins Thorne welcomed the birth of their daughter, Diane.
Diane was a 1965 graduate of East Liverpool High School and resided in the Lake Milton area since 1966. Diane was a member of the Lake Milton Baptist Temple and a member of the Silver Sneakers of Newton Falls.
On Sept. 26, 1965, Diane was united into marriage with Eugene Morehead Sr. and from this union they had a son, Eugene Jr. and daughter Amy.
Cherished memories of Diane will be carried on by her husband, Eugene of Lake Milton; son Eugene Gary (Maria) Morehead Jr of Lake Milton; daughter Amy (Gregory) Anthony of Lake Milton; brother Hugh M. Thorne of Lake Milton; sisters Patricia A. Bohn of Berlin Center and Linda G. Johnston of Key West, Fla.; grandchildren Stephanie, Brandon, Kayla and Sarah; and a great-granddaughter, Alexa.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
Friends my call at the Lake Milton Baptist Temple today, May 18, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, May 19, one hour prior to the 11 a.m. service with Pastor Aaron Dowler officiating. Diane will be laid to rest in Green Haven Memorial Gardens.
