Carolyn M. (Wise) Johnson, 78, a resident of Willowick for 52 years, passed away Jan. 13, 2012, at Hospice of the Western Reserve in Cleveland surrounded by her family. She was born June 13, 1933, in Portsmouth. Carolyn enjoyed dancing, camping and spending time with her family. Carolyn M. (Wise) Johnson, 78 Carolyn M. She was born June 13, 1933, in Portsmouth. Carolyn enjoyed dancing, camping and spending time with her family. She and her husband were the former owners of Ralon Manufacturing. More importantly, she was a loving homemaker. Survivors include her loving husband of 60 years, Ralph R. Johnson; children, Doreen Sklodowski, Diane (Joseph) Pepka, Ralph Jr. and Charles (Laura); grandchildren, Nanette Franekic, Sharon Hommel, Nicole Olbrysh, Julie Morris, Jennifer Fazekas, Joey Jr. Pepka, Christina Johnson, Joshua Johnson and Matthew Johnson; 24 great-grandchildren; siblings, Terry (Debbie) Wise and Larry (Bonnie) Wise; brothers-in-law, Ron (Eleanor) Johnson, Marty (Jean) Johnson and Jack Wyland; sister-in-law, Hazel Broadwell; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Evelyn Wise; sisters, Dorothy Ward and Jacquelyn Fiorelli; son-in-law, Steven M. Sklodowski; brothers-in-law, Charles and Everett; and sister-in-law, Betty Wyland. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, 2012, at Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., in Eastlake. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012, at Monreal Funeral Home of Eastlake. Burial will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Township.
