Obituary for James W. Ferencie
A memorial gathering for James W. ""Jim"" Ferencie, 66, of Eastlake for the last 10 years will be held 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Jakubs-Danaher Funeral Home, 36000 Lake Shore Blvd., Eastlake.
Jim passed away Jan. 1, 2012.
He was born Nov. 19, 1945. Before Eastlake he lived in Sarasota, Fla.
He worked for 20 years in the quality control department of Bailey Controls. Jim was a Vietnam veteran and a member on many local senior groups. He enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters, Emily and Jessica.
Survivors are his son Steven (Pam) Ferencie; and granddaughters, Emily and Jessica.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Ferencie; brother, Bob; and his mother, Helen. Burial will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, Chesterland, Ohio.
