Obituary for Ann Constantini

Ann Constantini POLAND – Ann Constantini, 89, departed this life with her loving family at her side Tuesday morning, June 22, at Hampton Woods. Mrs. Constantini was born Aug. 6, 1920, in La Provincia de L’Aguila, Italy, a daughter of Bettino and Louise Ciccone. She came to the United Stated in 1929 to Latrobe, Pa. She married Carmen Constantini of Youngstown, Aug. 31, 1940. They had been married for 67 years. Ann was employed at Standard Slag Co. and retired from the same following 35 years of service. She was a devoted Catholic and a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Ann served the church many years, actively involved with the Legion of Mary and various other activities. Ann’s life was exemplary in her love and caring to those who knew her. Absolute unconditional devotion for family was the epitome of her existence. She gave without measure, total incomparable affection. Where a beautiful soul has been, beautiful memories are. Ann was indeed a beautiful soul. She leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved twin sons, Ben and Don Constantini; grandsons, Mark and Brad (Lori) Constantini all of Canfield; granddaughters, Lori Constantini of Las Vegas and Carrie (Jared) Libitsky of Los Angeles; her adored great-grandchildren, Emma, Kate, and Brad II Constantini of Canfield; her sisters, Jenny Bajjier of Boardman and Concetta Galloway of Detroit; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, Ann was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be Friday, June 25, at 9 a.m. at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church with the Rev. Msgr. Michael J. Cariglio. Ann will rest in peace at Green Haven Memorial Gardens with her husband. Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 24, at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman
