Obituary for Jacqueline Rhoads

CANFIELD-Services will be Tuesday at 9:15 AM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel and at 10:00 AM at St. Christine Church for Jacqueline "Jackie" Rhoads age 64 who passed away early Saturday morning at the Cleveland Clinic after a two month illness. Jackie was born February 20, 1943 in Youngstown, the daughter of Eugene and Regina Froble Wade. She had worked as a clerk for the Youngstown Public Library for over 26 years before retiring. She was a longtime member of St. Christine Church, a 1961 graduate of Wilson High School, and had served as the recording Secretary for the Transplant Recipients International Organization.
She is survived by her husband Thomas C. Rhoads whom she married August 27, 1966, her father Eugene Wade of Tamarac, FLA, two daughters, Kimberly Rhoads of Columbus, and Keri Hodge of Canfield, a son Darrin Holly Rhoads of Canfield, two sisters, Barbara Joe Mansky of Boardman, and Linda Scott of FLA, and four grandchildren; Tylor and Carter Rhoads, and Lily and Sophie Hodge.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Friends may call from 4 PM to 7 PM Monday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel.
