WARREN - Edna L. Holbrooks, 92, formerly of Niles, died of natural causes at 6:50 p.m. Thursday, June 23, 2011, at St. Joseph Health Center.
She was born July 10, 1918, in Soldier, Ky., the daughter of William and Carrie Jessie Reeder.
She retired from Trumbull Memorial Hospital and was a member of the Evening Light Apostolic Church.

Edna is survived by two sons, Ernest Holbrooks of Warren and Ray Holbrooks of Niles; a daughter, Patricia Ann Reardon of Gustavus; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandsons; and two sisters, Cleo Glover of Anderson, Ind., and Bertha Reeder of Anderson, Ind.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harve Wilson Holbrooks; a son, Armel Holbrooks; a sister and two brothers.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home, where family and friends may call one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be in Greenhaven Cemetery
