Services will be 11:30 AM Saturday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Betty J. McClain, 78, of Austintown who passed away Wednesday evening
Betty was born March 2, 1928 in Port Clinton, OH the daughter of Asa and Eleanor (Wareham) Green.
Betty was a homemaker, a member of Austintown Community Church, and The American Legion Post #374 in East Liverpool. Betty also enjoyed working on crafts.
She leaves her husband Raymond F. McClain, whom she married May 23, 1948, two daughters; Patricia (Chuck) Cozad of Niles, and Judith (Robert) Fusco of Austintown, three grandchildren; Chris Morrison, John Forrest, Michelle Binion, and four great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Betty is preceded in death by two daughters; infant daughter JoAnn McClain and Linda Morrison, two sisters; Annabelle McFadden and Evelyn Weiland. Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 PM today and from 10:30 until 11:30 AM Saturday at the funeral home.
