HILDA GAIL CUTTING BORTMAS
“Together Again”
AUSTINTOWN – Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Hilda Gail Cutting Bortmas, 95, who died Saturday evening at Forum Health Northside Medical Center.
Hilda was born July 27, 1915, in Austintown Township, the daughter of Emory and Mamie Alice Neff Cutting and was a lifelong area resident.
Hilda formerly attended the Ellsworth Presbyterian Church and loved to attend flea markets.
She is survived by children, Gary Ray Bortmas Sr. and Dan Lee (Lori) Bortmas, both of Austintown and Vicki L. Bortmas Kirkland of Cortland; seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Hilda was preceded in death by her husband, John Ray Bortmas, whom she married March 13, 1934, and who died in October of 2001; sisters, Velma Williams, Florettia Neal and Jessie Cutting; and brothers, Chester, Frederick and Edward.
