Obituary for Timothy Record

TIMOTHY R. RECORD AUSTINTOWN – Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Timothy R. Record, 58, who passed away Thursday morning at St. Elizabeth Health Center. Tim was born Jan. 5, 1953, in Youngstown, the son of Charles R. and Margaret (James) Record. He was the owner of Tim’s on the Green a golf sporting store in Austintown until he retired in April of 2010. Prior to that, Tim worked Wean United for several years. He was a member of Austintown Community Church, was involved with the Boy Scouts and as a boy scout, Tim had earned the rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 145. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, and golfing. Tim is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Vickie Record of North Jackson. Friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home
