Obituary for Thomas V Phillips

Thomas V. Phillips AUSTINTOWN – Graveside military services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Green Haven Memorial Gardens for Thomas V. Phillips, 67, who passed away Thursday at Forum Health Northside Medical Center. Tom was born Aug. 20, 1942, in Youngstown, a son of the late Thomas L. and Virginia (Chiarello) Phillips. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Vietnam. Tom retired in 1998 from General Motors Lordstown after 30 years of service. After retirement, he was a driver for Cole Valley. He was a member of the National Street Rod Association. He is survived by a brother, Dennis Phillips Sr. of Las Vegas; two sisters, Patricia A. (Wayne) Dull of Weathersfield Township and Christina L. (David) Sebring of Champion; several nieces and nephews; and his cat, Pepper Anne. Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday at the Lane Funeral Home, Mineral Ridge Chapel.
