Obituary for Reta Louise Marsh
RETA LOUISE MARSH
NEW MIDDLETOWN – A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 13, at 2 p.m. at Green Haven Memorial Garden’s Chapel for Reta Louise Marsh, 85, who died Tuesday.
Reta was born on March 26, 1925, in Buckhannon, W.Va., a daughter of Omar and Vada Lane Heatherly.
She married Charles R. Marsh on Aug. 2, 1942.
She worked at the New Middletown Sparkle Market, retiring in 2005, and was a member of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union.
Reta leaves one son, Steven (LuAnn) Marsh of Valparaiso, Ind.; one daughter, Sandi (Tony) DiDio of New Middletown; four grandchildren, Marc and Cheryl Vair of Shadyside, Charity Kehoe of Valparaiso and Jamie Ward of Portage, Ind.; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Richard Heatherly of Buckhannon; and one sister, Sylvia Corsale of Girard.
Reta was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, who died Dec. 4, 2000, and her brother, Ernest Heatherly.
Memorial contributions in Reta’s name are being accepted by Grace Hospice at 7206 Market St., Suite A, Boardman, OH, 44512.
Arrangements are being handled by the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown.
