June Lenore Reel
“Together Again”
AUSTINTOWN – Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for June Lenore Reel, 88, who passed away Friday afternoon at Victoria House.
June was born June 15, 1922, in Youngstown, the daughter of Guy O. and May (Colbrunn) Martin.
She was a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School, and was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a lifelong area resident and longtime member of the Smith Corners United Methodist Church.
Her husband, Ralph C. Reel, whom she married June 19, 1942, passed away May 10, 2003.
June leaves three children, R. Clifford (Kathy) Reel of Franklin, Jeanette (Clifford) Grady of North Jackson and Atty. Ronald (Barbara) Reel of Arlington, Va.; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband, June was preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Hevener and Sylvia Csizmadia.
Family and friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Victoria House and Hospice of the Valley for all their care, love and support during June’s time with them.
