Charlotte T. DeMar
BOARDMAN - Prayers will begin Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 11 a.m. at St. Christine Church for Charlotte T. DeMar, 87, who died Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.
Charlotte was born Dec. 31, 1922, in Port Huron City, Mich., the daughter of Charles and Alice Cosgrove Olsson.
She was a graduate of Ashtabula Senior High School, a homemaker and a member of St. Christine Church.
She is survived by her sister, Donna Jean (Ronald) Severa of Ashtabula; nephews, Sam, Gerald, David, James, Tommy, Jeffrey, Robert, Michael and Chuck; nieces, Madonna, Betty Ann, Patti, Peggy, Barbie Ann and Alice Ann; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews, including Mallory Jean, Emma Rose and Logan.
Her beloved husband, Robert M. DeMar, whom she married Oct. 18, 1952, died May 26, 2004.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Betty Jane Webb and Barbara Headman; and a brother, Charles Olsson.
