Services will be 11 AM Thursday at Green Haven Memorial Gardens for Gary R. Cornelius who passed away Sunday at his home.
Gary was born December 19, 1951 in Youngstown, a son of the late Max and Valerie (Graham) Cornelius.
An assembler for Canfield Industries, he enjoyed playing softball, watching movies, reading and walking.
Gary will always be remembered for his kind and gentle spirit. In their time of illness, Gary watched over and sat by his parents'' bedsides vigilantly. His sensitive, loving heart toward his family, neighbors and those closed to him will always be remembered. His memory will be cherished by all those who loved him. Throughout his struggles in life, he never forgot the love of God for him and his belief in Christ.
He will be sadly missed by two sisters: Martha Forgach of Boardman and Marilyn Lewis of Tampa, FL; two brothers: Chuck (Judy) Cornelius of Austintown and John Cornelius of Harrisburg, PA; and seven nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Gary is preceded in death by a nephew Christopher Forgach.
There are no calling hours.
