Obituary for Antonette Bellante

Antonette Bellante, a resident of Mentor for 41 years, passed away July 7, 2014 in Port Charlotte, Fla.
She was born in Cleveland on April 28, 1947.
Antonette was a member of Saint Bede The Venerable where she participated in the Bereavement Lunch Program, and a former member of the choir. Also, she was a member of the St. Anthony Society who enjoyed doing ceramics, crocheting, reading foreign intrigue novels, doing jigsaw puzzles, Candy Crush and anything Disney.
She was employed by the Mayfield School System for eight years, retiring 19 years ago, having started as a volunteer at Millridge School for the hearing impaired.
Antonette is survived by her husband, Donald; daughters, Jackie (Dave) Carroll, Cathy, Anita (Damon) Rossetti, Sue (Korey) Reber, and Alicia; grandchildren, Brian, Nicole, Victoria, Adrianna, Alex, and Aria; sisters, Cora (Tony) Fatica, Tina DelBalso, and Mickey (Frank) DiLillo; sister-in-law, Deana Bellante; brother-in-law, Lou Bellante; nieces and nephews, Lou (Evie) Fatica, Maria Dhondt, Theresa DelBalso, Anthony (Heidi) DelBalso, Christine DiLillo, Annmarie (Emery) Varga, Kim (Ralph) Studer, and Sue, Lynne, and Jeremy Nickol.
Visitation will be Friday, July 11, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road (Rte. 306 North of Mayfield Road), Chesterland and Saturday, July 12, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Church of Saint Bede the Venerable,
9114 Lake Shore Blvd., Mentor, where a Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Entombment in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens.
