Obituary for Clara Jones
Mrs. Clara Jones, 87, of 622 Cliff St NW, died Friday at 7:50 pm in the Massillon city hospital following a long illness. Born in Newman, Mrs. Jones had been a resident of the Massillon area most of her life. She was a member of St. Paul''''s Lutheran church. Survivors include 3 sons, Howard J. of Buffalo, N.Y., and Earl J. and Clarence D., both of Massillon; 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Her husband, David, died in 1958. The funeral will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Gordon-Shaidnagle-Hollinger funeral home with the Rev. Maurice D. White, pastor of St. Paul''''s Lutheran church, officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Memorial park.
