Obituary for Edith Lonsdale Komenda
Edith Komenda age 91 of Ohio and formerly of West Haven and the Valley, entered into rest on December 27, 2010 in Ohio. She was the wife of the late Richard Komenda. Mrs. Komenda was born in England Dec. 8, 1919 daughter of the late John and Lily Dixon Lonsdale and was a West Haven resident for most of her life. She was the beloved mother of Barbara Komenda and sister of the late Harold Lonsdale, John Lonsdale, Dora Scholz and Edna Thomas. Funeral services for Mrs. Komenda were private. The Riverview Funeral Home 390 River Road Shelton was entrussted with her arrangements.
