Obituary for FRANCES E. CRAMER

Frances E. Cramer, 105, of Wyomissing, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Hickory House,
Honey Brook, PA.

Born in Syracuse, NY, on December 31, 1917, Frances was the daughter of the late Seneca D. Milliken
and Ethel Sanford.

Frances was an elementary school teacher for 31 years. She began her career in a one-room
schoolhouse in Castleton-on-Hudson, NY, taught 2 nd grade in Baldwinsville, NY, and continued her career
in the Wyomissing School District before retiring in 1986. She grew up in Oswego, NY and graduated from Oswego State Teacher’s College with a BS in Elementary Education in 1960. Frances was an amateur photographer, an active participant in community life, and an avid traveler, her last overseas adventure to Italy and Vienna at the age of 100.

Frances is survived by her three loving children, Michael M. Cramer and his wife, Angelina of Belton, TX,
Kristine A. Billmyer and her husband, Dr. Russell Maulitz of New York, NY, and Nancy E. Pavelic of Camp
Hill, PA; two grandchildren, Martin T. Pavelic III and Michael J. Pavelic; and six great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Chester R. Cramer in 1983; her son-in-law, Martin T.
Pavelic Jr. in 2020; and her sister Vera Cappelletti and her husband, Jack.

Frances’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the St. George Chapel at Gethsemane Cemetery on Friday,
January 27, 2023, at 12:30 P.M. Burial will follow with a graveside committal service. A visitation will be
held Friday, January 27, 2023, from 11:00 A.M. till 12:00 P.M. at Kuhn Funeral Home, 739 Penn Avenue,
West Reading, PA 19611.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place
Memphis, TN 38105.
