1955-2023

Eugene "Gene" Rossi, age 67 of Oakmont, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at his home surrounded by family. He was the son of the late Catherine (Ceoffe) Rossi and Emanuele Rossi. Beloved husband for 41 years to Eileen (Carrigan) Rossi. Loving father of Jennifer (Benjamin) Gebrosky, Stephen (April) Rossi, and Jessica Rossi. Brother of John Rossi, Christi Lipinski, David (Brandy) Rossi, and the late Amy Susan "Sue" Rossi. Loving grandfather “Pop Pop” of Chloe and Charlotte Gebrosky.

Gene was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Verona. He was an avid billiards player, most recently traveled to Las Vegas where he won the BCA World Championships with his friends and teammates. Above all he cherished his family time and friendships throughout his life.

Friends and relatives will be received at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139 on Wednesday, May 17 from 2-8 p.m. A blessing service will be held Thursday, May 18 in the funeral home at 10:30. A private entombment will follow at Allegheny Cemetery Lawrenceville.
