Obituary for Kenneth J Murdock

Kenneth John, age 81, of Broomall, PA passed away peacefully with his family by his bedside on March 18, 2023.

Kenneth “Ken” Murdock was born on March 29, 1941, to Anna Marie and Harry K. Murdock of Philadelphia PA. He was also known as “Pop” to his family.

Ken was an honest, hard-working family man who loved spending time with his Grandchildren. He Enjoyed watching the Eagles and Flyers games. He loved doing yard work, going to the casino, working on cars, and going to antique car shows. He drove a tractor-trailer for Mobil Oil for over 38 years until he retired. He also won the State truck rodeo for Mobil Oil.

Survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Eileen Murdock, and his daughters Lisa (Stephen) Hennelly of Pottstown PA, and Jacquelyn (Michael) Conneen of Sanatoga PA. Also, his grandchildren, Jesse, Taylor, Stephen, Michael, Aidyn, and Ethan; his great-grandchildren, Damon, Natalia, Emelia, and Julian. Along with his Predeceased siblings, Harry, Ronnie, Gary, Stevie, Robbie, Lois Tague, and Terry Forgione. Last survived by many nieces and nephews.

Interment Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.
