Obituary for Mrs. Charmaine Lucille Baker

Charmaine Lucille Baker, 94, of Grasonville, MD, passed away on January 20, 2023, after living a long and adventurous life.

Charmaine, or “Connie” (the name she preferred to be called) was born on August 6, 1928, in York, PA. She loved Maryland’s Eastern Shore
and called many in the community her friends.

Connie truly enjoyed socializing and embraced all the Eastern Shore offered her throughout her long life. She graduated from West York High School and followed by Secretarial School.

Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, and eldest son, Gary. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl, and youngest son, Todd.

A service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2023, with a visitation beginning at 11 a.m. at Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home in Chester, MD.
