Obituary for Gail L. Gasser

Gail L. (nee Barton) Gasser, 75, of Wallingford, PA, passed away peacefully at home on January 5, 2023.

Born and raised in the Detroit area, she attended Wayne State University and graduated with her undergraduate degree in education from the University of Michigan. Gail married David in 1968 and they settled in Drexel Hill, PA, where they began their family. Gail taught at area preschools and served as a Sunday school teacher. Gail was an avid walker who enjoyed baking cookies and playing the piano, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She will be remembered most as a loving wife, mom, and grandma. Gail and David spent the last 20+ years living in Wallingford.

 Gail is survived by her husband of 54 years, David L. Gasser; her children, Valerie (Tom) Foley, Nathan (Mary) Gasser; and her grandchildren, Thomas, Eliana, Calina, Allison, Gavin, and James. She is also survived by her siblings, Charlotte Barton, Brian (KC) Barton, Jacqueline Barton, and Holly (Joseph) Bohart.
