Obituary for CHERYL A WAGNER

Cheryl A. Wagner, 36, of Spring Township, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2022 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

Born in Reading, Cheryl was the daughter of the late Charles O. and Carol A. (Aungst) Wagner. She was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Church. She graduated from Wilson High School in 2004 and later received an Associates Degree from Reading Area Community College. She was a fan of Betty Boop, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and she loved scary movies. Cheryl enjoyed scrapbooking and puzzles. Cheryl's family will always treasure the memories they have of her during the holidays. She enjoyed decorating and making food for her loved ones. She loved to spend time with her daughter, Charlotte, and her family. Cheryl participated in various fundraising events to raise money and bring awareness to Lupus.

She is survived by a daughter: Charlotte M. Carse, Spring Twp.; three brothers: Charles O. "CJ" Wagner, Jr., Bradenton, FL, Craig A. Wagner, husband of Yingying Li, Shillington, and Tom Aungst, New Bedford, MA; her fiance: Michael Carse, and his daughter Kayla, Spring Twp.; and several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held for Cheryl on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 10:30 am at Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street Leesport, PA 19533.

Inurnment will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery.

A visitation will be held from 9:30am to 10:30am at the funeral home.
