Obituary for Mrs. Helen Annabelle Rauch

Helen Annabelle (Grise) Rauch, 96, of Huntingdon, PA, and formerly of Buffalo Valley, PA, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at Embassy of Huntingdon Park. She was the widow of Harold Raymond Rauch.

Born in Mertztown, Helen was a daughter of the late George William Grise and Iva Sallie (Geist) Grise. She retired from Allen Organ Company, Macungie, where she assembled the tiny intricate pieces of organs. She also trained all the new left-handed employees as she was a very kind and patient "lefty".

Helen is survived by her granddaughter, Dawn M. (Rauch), wife of Michael D. Hufnagle, Lewisburg, PA; two great-grandchildren, Abigail Lynn Hufnagle and Zebulon Cash Hufnagle; and along with her husband and parents, was predeceased by her son, Dennis H. Rauch in 2017, and a granddaughter, Ann M. Rauch in 2001.

Services will be held privately by Helen’s family. She will be laid to rest in Longswamp Union Cemetery, Mertztown, PA.
