1949-2022

Born on May 19, 1949 to the late Jefferson Brooks and Betty Ann Franklin (Dingle) in Pittsburgh, PA. She departed this life on November 17, 2022 with her children and grandchildren by her side.

Diane grew up in East Liberty/Garfield and later moved to Manchester where she was raised with her three brothers, Jefferson, Fred and Albert, by her mother and loving stepfather, Willie L. Dingle. Today Diane leaves to mourn her loving children, Dara Butler (William), Richard Smith (Melinda), India Reed (Ronald) and Glennys Smith.
