Obituary for Lillian S Homovich

Lillian Homovich, 88, of Saint Clair, died Monday at her daughter's home in Saint Clair.

Born in Primrose, July 22, 1925, she was a daughter of the late George and Mary Urban Smalley.

She worked in the garment industry.

Lillian was a member of Saint Clair Wade United Methodist Church, Saint Clair.

She was preceded in death by six brothers, George, Nicholas, Andrew, John, Peter and Joseph Smalley; and three sisters, Anna Smalley, Eva MacConnell and Mary Kardisco.

She was the last member of her immediate family.

Surviving are a son, John Homovich and his wife, Carol Ann, Saint Clair; three daughters, Sandra, wife of John Wapinsky, Saint Clair, Lillian, wife of Robert Freiler, Orwigsburg, and Marci, wife of Allan Arcinese, Mays Landing, N.J.; five grandchildren, David, Jessica, Amy, Megan and Bobby; eight great-grandchildren, Cory, Eric, Abbey, Kenny, Robbie, Ava, Daisy and Michael; nieces and nephews.

Religious services will be held at 7 p.m. today at James H. Evans Funeral Home Inc., Saint Clair, with the Rev. Susan Moore officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private. The family would prefer contributions to Saint Clair Wade United Methodist Church, Saint Clair.
