Michael Arthur Phillips
Age 77, of Fox Chapel, passed away peacefully at the Southwestern Veterans Center on July 14, 2021.
He was born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, on September 26, 1943, the son of the late Charles D. and Kathryn Phillips. He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles D. Phillips, Jr. He is survived by his partner of 25 years, Cece Miller of Fox Chapel, her family, and his beloved dog, Tootsie.
There will be no visitation, and burial will be private.
