Obituary for Ellen J. Parker

Obituary - Ellen J. (nee Henderson) Parker, 91, of Elizabethtown, PA, former longtime Drexel Hill resident died April 17, 2021 at Masonic Home of Elizabethtown. Born and raised in Philadelphia, she was a graduate of  John Bartram HS, class of '48. Ellen was a Secretary for  Associated Steam in Drexel Hill   years before retiring to raise her family. An active member of Drexel Hill United Methodist Church, Ellen enjoyed hobbies and looked forward to travel in their RV to visit their daughter in Idaho, taking a different route each time. Ellen was an avid reader and active as a Den Mother for her sons Cup Pack.

She will best be remembered as a woman of strong faith and devoted to her family.  Survivors  include her husband, Royal Parker, her sons, David (Lynne) Parker, Philip (Judy) Parker, daughter, Beth (Rob)  Brochu and drandchild, Ashley Lynne Parker;.

Her Funeral will be Friday, April 23, 2021, 1:00 pm at the Toppitzer Funeral Home at Arlington, 2900 State Rd., Drexel Hill

Visitation: Friday, April 23, 2021, 12:30 pm

Interment: Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA 19026

Contributions: in her memory to the Masonic Home at Elizabethtown; 1 Masonic Dr. Elizabethtown, PA,19444, would be preferred.
