Obituary for William Edward Germond
GERMOND William Edward Germond, age 66 of West Palm Beach, Fla., entered into eternal rest on September 4, 2010 at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born in New Haven on April 3, 1944, son of the late Edward W. Germond and Corinne Faroni, who predeceased him in February 2010. He was a graduate of Derby High School. He was a resident of Florida for 30 years where he was employed as a painter until his retirement. Throughout his life, he found great enjoyment in fishing and being with his numerous friends in Florida. He is survived by his five children, Debbie Williamson, Dawn Germond, Dorinne Gianpoalo, Brenda Bioski and Derick Germond; one brother, Russ Faroni; nine grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter; two nephews; and several friends in Florida. Friends may call on Friday, October 1, 2010, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth St. Derby. A memorial service service will be held on Friday Evening at 6:15 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private in Pine Grove Cemetery.
