Obituary for Edmond R. Sr. Rouleau

mond R. Rouleau, 82, of Ansonia, died Monday March 13, 2010 at Griffin Hospital. He was the husband of the late Phyllis Girard Rouleau. Born in West Lebanon, Maine on April 2, 1927, son of the late Alfred J. and Helen DuQuette Rouleau. He was a communicant of the Church of the Assumption, a veteran of World War II, a member of the Teamsters Union Local 191 and after retiring from Associated Transportation, he worked in the maintenance department for KMART in Derby and Milford. In his spare time he loved to do any kind of projects especially woodworking and playing his slide guitar. Survivors include his daugter, Suzanne Tiso and her husband Anthony of Ft. Meyers, FL; son, Edmond R. Rouleau Jr. and his fiancee Nancy Gardner of Ansonia; four sisters, Barbara Baldwin of Florida, Janet Bostick of New Hampshire, Elaine Rogers of Indiana and Joyce Smith of Connecticut; three brothers, Kenneth and Ronald Rouleau of New Hampshire and ALfred Rouleau Jr. of Maine. He was predeceased by one daughter Deanne Rouleau; two sisters, Carlyne Racicot and Shirley Ann Rouleau; and two brothers, Norman and Albert Rouleau. The Bennett Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia
