Obituary for Mabel Arvida Tomlinson
Mabel Arvida Hultin Tomlinson, 69, of Ansonia died March 1, 1981 at Griffin Hospital after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Percy Tomlinson. She was born in Torrington, April 2, 1911, daughter of the late Eskil and Arvida Hokanson Hultin and was a resident of Ansonia since 1916. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Queen Esther Chapter #31 of Eastern Star in Shelton, Prins Gustav Lodge No. 85, Vasar Order of America and the Ladies Guild
of Christ Church. She leaves one daughter Sandra Cremer and her husband Steven of Sharon, MA; two brothers Goesta E. Hultin and Harry Hultin both of Ansonia; one granddaughter Sarah Cremer of Sharon, MA and several nieces and nephews. Jenkins-King Funeral Home of Ansonia handled the arrangements. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
