Obituary for Albin Pojakene

Albin A. Pojakene, age 62, husband of Karen Caey Pojakene of Ansonia, died Tuesday March 6, 2007 at Griffin Hospital  He was born March 30, 1944 in Derby, son of the late Albert and Helen Jacquette Pojakene.  He was a self employed landscaper and enjoyed ice fishing  In addition to his wife Karen, he is survived by his sister Janice Euerle and her husband Lou of Severna Park, MD; two nephews Steven Euerle and his wife Mary and Brian Euerle and his wife Nora.  Friends and family will meet on Saturday at 9 a.m. in the Jenkin-King Funeral Home, 12 Franklin Street, Ansonia.  A mass of Christian Burial wil be celebrated at 10 a.m. from the Church of the Assumption in Ansonia.  Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia.  Friends may call on Friday at sssssss4 to 8 p.m  In lieu of flowwers, donations may be made to the Assumption Church School, 61 North Cliff St., Ansonia, CT 06401.
