Obituary for Agnes Martha Vinton Spaulding
Agnes Martha Vinton Spaulding, 81, widow of Nathaniel Warren Spaulding died Wednesday July 19, 1967 in Hewitt Memorial Hospital, Shelton. Mrs. Spaulding was born in Hartford, October 25, 1886, daughter of Albert and Ida Vinton and had lived in Ansonia over 40 years. She was a member of Immanuel Episcopal Church of Ansonia and the Order of Amaranth. Survivors are a daughter Elsie V. Hultin and her husband Goesta with whom Mrs. Spaulding made her home; a son N. Raymond Spaulding and his wife Virginia of Newport News, VA, three grandchildren: Martha Smart and her husband Edward of Ansonia, N. Alan Spaulding and Lynn Spaulding of Newport News, VA and a great-grandchild Stacy A. Smart of Ansonia. Wyatt-Jenson Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
