Obituary for Edith Ogden Trunkfield
A service will be held Monday February 24, 1992 for Edith Ogden Trunkield of Ansonia who died Thursday February 20, 1992 in the Derby Nursing Center after a long illness. She was the widow of Edward Trunkfield.
Her funeral will be held in Christ Episcopal Church, Ansonia at 11 AM. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Trunkfield was born in Duckinfield, England on October 28, 1890, daughter of the late William and Annie Bright Ogden. She had lived in Ansonia for 72 years. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Ansonia. She is survived by a son, Harry E. Trunkfield of Ansonia, a daughter, Marian Mason of Ansonia; two sisters, Jessie Ireland of Ansonia and Mildred Phipps of Naugatuck; eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by two sons, Russell C. and Edward Trunkfield.
