Obituary for Louise Spence Thurston
Louise Spencer Thurston, 72, of Seymour, wife of Alfred F. Thurston, died Wednesday June 25, 1986 at Griffin Hospital after a short illness. Born in Ansonia Aug. 20, 1913, daughter of the late Clifford and Elsie Page Spencer, she was a Seymour resident most of her life. Mrs. Thurston, a homemaker, was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Ansonia, and of the Parents Group Cottage 34, Southbury Training School. She is survived by a son, Clifford F. Thurston of Southbury, a sister Cora Spencer Dayton of Pompano Beach, Fla.; several nieces and a nephew. Jenkins-King Funeral Home is is charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery
