Obituary for Mildred Tabak Horischak
Mildred T. Horischak, 84, beloved wife of the late Andrew Horischak, entered into eternal rest on Thursday July 21, 2005 at Griffin Hospital, Derby. Mildred was born in Bridgeport on March 8, 1921, a daughter of the late John and Anna Fetcho Tabak. A resident of Seymour for 49 years, she was employed as a graphic designer for Avco Lycoming, Stratford for 23 years retiring in 1984. She was also a member of the Three Saints Russian Orthodox Church, Ansonia. She is srvived by a sister Olga Zavednak of Ansonia as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers Nicholas, John and Walter Tabak and sisters Mary tabak and Anna Kozulko. The Hylwa Wakelee Memoria. Funeral Home Ansonia is in charge of the arrangements.
