Obituary for Robert N. Pennock

Robert N. Pennock, Sr., age 84 formerly of Villas, NJ and Southwest Philadelphia, passed peacefully Tuesday, October 13, 2020 surrounded by his family.

Born and raised in Southwest Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Anna (nee Holt) and Edwin O. Pennock, Jr. He was a proud graduate of John Bartram High School, Class of 1955. Following high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany from 1955-1958.

Robert lived most of his life in Southwest Philadelphia, where he and his wife of 60 years, Camille, raised their family, before moving to Villas, NJ. Robert retired in 1996 from M.A.B. Paint in Southwest Philadelphia, where he worked as a shipping supervisor for 38 years.

Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his brother, Edwin O. Pennock, III.

Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Camille (nee Calabrese) Pennock; his children, Robert (Lisa) Pennock, Gary Pennock, Gregory (Susan) Pennock, and Annamarie (James) Bowe; and grandchildren, Robert, Rebecca, Abigail, Isabella, Gary, Gregory, Nicholas, Zachary, Brianna and Kayla. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Mary Pennock and brother-in-law, Fred (Ann) Calabrese, and many nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill.
