Obituary for Mark William Lader

Mark W. Lader died on August 10, 2020 of natural causes.  He was a life-long resident of Alexandria, Virginia, and a graduate of T.C. Williams High School and St. Mary’s College of Maryland.  Mark was self-employed and enjoyed the company of family and friends.  He loved travel, hiking, music, books and comedy.  Mark had a special way with animals and they adored him.  He is survived by his loving family including his wife Nadja Petkovic, parents George and Paula Lader, brother Daniel Lader, and many relatives and friends.  Mark’s smile could light up a room and he had a genuine concern for others.  Memorial donations may be made to ALIVE (alive-inc.org/food) or one’s local food bank.
