Obituary for Mr. Willard T. Pugh Sr.

Willard “Bill” T. Pugh, Sr., 85, of Manchester, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at Manor Care North in York. Bill was born August 27, 1934, in Street, Maryland and was the son of the late John and Donis Pugh. His career was in the military having served 21 years in the United States Air Force in Air Traffic Control. He also was employed for 20 years with the New Cumberland Army Depot. Bill is lovingly survived by his sons, Willard Pugh, Jr, of York, Johnny Pugh of Manchester, and Steve Pugh and his wife Mary of Mount Wolf; his former daughter-in-law Robin Pugh; his loving 5 grandchildren, Melanie Ann and her spouse Tonya, Derick, Chelsea and her spouse T.C., Mason and his spouse Meghan and Alexandria; 2 great grandchildren, Savannah and Emmitt. His brother, Harold Pugh of Southern York County. Bill was preceded in death by his sister, Lenora and her husband Dallas Cullum. His funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 10, 2020 at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf. Viewing will be from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery. Officiating at his service will be Reverend James Winters.
