Lewis Tyrone Turpin was born June 27, 1980 to Louis Edward Turpin Jr. and Phyllis Lingard- Turpin. 

 He is predeceased by his father Louis Edward Turpin Sr.

He is survived by his Mother Phyllis Lingard of New Haven CT, two daughters, Neveah Turpin of Stratford CT and Amaya Turpin of Mastic Beach NY. He also leaves his brothers Louis Edward Turpin III, Gerald Lingard, Anthony and Taawan Mitchell. Sisters Aiesha Turpin, Mrs. Sherryll Cruz and Krystal Turpin.
