Obituary for NORMA JEAN ROUSH

Norma Jean Roush, 92, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, October 27, 2019.

Norma was born June 23, 1927 in Des Moines to Leo and Margurite (Burgess) Ackelson. She was an active member of Park Avenue Christian Church.

Norma is survived by her children, Roger Veach (Toni), Steve Roush (Donna), Jim Roush (Val), Ron Roush (Linda) and Cris Gordon; daughter-in-law, Pam Veach; brother, Roy Ackelson; as well as multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Roush and sons, Donnie and Bud.

A graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery in Des Moines.
