Obituary for Gregory M. Hull

Gregory Mark Hull, 49, 1963-2012

Gregory M. Hull, age 49, passed away at home after a short illness on December 31, 2013. Gregory was born in Philadelphia to Raymond E. and Patricia (Donahue) Hull and lived all of his life in Drexel Hill.

A graduate of St. Charles Borromeo School, Class of '77 and Monsignor Bonner High School, Class of 81, he graduated from Delaware County Community College in 1983 with an Associate's Degree.

Gregory was a bartender in many places in Delaware County. He had the perfect personality for his job: good listener, sympathetic, easy to laugh and tell stories, but most of all he loved to talk sports. He was faithful to all Philadelphia sports teams, as bad as they could get, but as wonderful as they could be. He never gave up on them. He was an avid Notre Dame fan and Gregory had a smile that could light up a room.

Survivors: His mother, Patricia; sister, Susan; brother, Raymond (Nancy) from Pensacola, FL.; nephew, Michael (his pride and joy), uncles, Thomas Donahue (Theresa), Daniel Donahue and aunt, Helen Hull Lalla.

Visitation: Relatives and friends are invited to visit Sun eve. 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Toppitzer Funeral Home at Arlington, 2900 State Road (within Arlington Cemetery). Entrance to the cemetery is on State Road. Services: Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11AM Monday at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3422 Dennison Avenue, Drexel Hill, PA

Interment will be private.
