Obituary for Gerry Ignacio Mendoza

Gerry (aka Bong) Mendoza was born on October 4, 1959 in Urdaneta, Pangasinan, Phillipines to Frances I. Mendoza and Narciso C. Mendoza.  He passed away suddenly on May 5, 2019.  Preceded in death by his father, younger brother Franco and only wife Lidia Collaco.  He is survived by his daughters Daniela and Monica; grandchildren Jackson, Olivia and Alexander; Mother Frances "Ma"; siblings Willie, Vivian, Dympna and Narissa; his 11 nieces and nephews and 14 great nieces and nephews. 

Viewing Services on Sunday, May 12th from 4pm-8:30pm

Celebration of Life on Monday, May 13th from 9am-11am. Both take place at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park 1370 El Camino Real, Colma, CA.
