Obituary for Nathan L. Ramsey

Nathan Lee Ramsey was born on July 12, 1941 in Neptune Township, New Jersey. Nathan was the six of seven children. Nathan was raised and educated in Asbury Park and Neptune, New Jersey. Nathan attended Neptune High School and he excelled at playing football. Nathan graduated from high school and attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana on a football scholarship. While at Indiana University, Nathan was initiated into Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Zeta Epsilon Chapter. Nathan was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in 1963. Nathan played defensive back for 10 seasons with the Eagles and one season with the New Orleans Saints.
